1. Female
2. 12 to 17 years of age
3. Basic skating ability
4. Must own your own gear
(skates, helmet, pads)
5. Able to attend 2 practices
per week; Sundays
and Tuesdays
6. Maintain mandatory USARS
insurance (yearly fee of $40.00)
